APPAREL SIZING

How do your shirts fit?

Each product item has a description and sizing chart listed.

How accurate are the colors shown online?

Colors may not be exact, but will be as close as possible. Check out our photo gallery for additional pictures. This may help provide you with a better indication of color.

PRINTING

What type of printing do you use?

We screen print our apparel locally in Nashville. Being a naturally-minded family, finding a printer that was environmentally friendly was very important to us. For additional information, check out www.friendlyartic.com.

APPAREL CARE

How do I care for my shirt?

We recommend washing in cold water. Tumble-dry low OR hang to dry.

An item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it’s available?

We mainly wholesale but do put some overstock online. If an item is out of stock, our inventory system should prevent you from being able to order it. Please let us know if there is a particular item you are needing and we will see if a store has it for you!

We are in the process of developing more designs and additional products; please check back often.

SHIPPING

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING all the time within the continental US. Hawaii, Alaska and anywhere else outside the continental US is excluded.

How long will it take for my order to arrive/ship?

Again. We mainly keep overstock online so it is normally ready for shipment. However, there may be times it could take up to 2 weeks for a particular apparel item.

Upon ordering, you will receive an email confirmation that you shirt has been ordered, and then you will get a shipment email containing a tracking number. Shipping can be up to 5 days, depending on your address.

What if I do not receive my order?

If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please email us at littlebitsnashville@gmail.com for assistance.

RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide our customers with a quality product. If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition with tags and original packaging to receive full credit.

What if my product is damaged when I receive it?

If an item is damaged in shipment, contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item.

How do I make a return or an exchange?

Please email us describing the reason for return or exchange at littlebitsnashville@gmail.com. We will send you a RA number so that we will be able to track and credit the proper account. Any shirt returned without prior approval from Little Bits will not be credited to the customer.

Can I purchase your products locally?

Yes!!! Please see the “Stores” page for links to stores that do carry our products.

Do you wholesale your products?

Yes! If you are interested, please fill out the information on the “contact” page or email littlebitsnashville@gmail.com.

We love continuing to partner with organizations that are close to our hearts. 10% of our net profits go to the Nashville Humane Association, Nashville Rescue Mission, Sexual Assault Center and the Nashville Zoo.
